Manuel Espinosa, RMA®, PPC™ is a skilled management consultant, investor, and investment advisor representative. He is the founder of The Phoenix Group, a management consultancy where he brings his expertise in corporate strategy, process redesign, project management, and performance management systems to help businesses achieve their goals. With over 20 years of experience managing people and technical projects, Espinosa has directed several enterprise-wide network design and implementation initiatives for Pacific Bell and co-founded and managed three startups. As a management consultant, he has written more than 75 client-sponsored studies and three books. Espinosa's focus as an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative is on financial planning and investment strategy, retirement planning, 401(k) plans, defined contribution, and defined benefit plans.

Espinosa's diversified interests include areas such as sustainable finance, community leadership, and the entertainment industry. In 2019, he was appointed to a two-year term on the Community Leadership Advisory Board of Santa Clara University's Latinx Education Research Center. He is also an Associate Producer for the film "The Crumbs," now in editing at CRA Entertainment, Inc. along with being a former member of the advisory board at Global Partners Accelerator (GPA), American Latino IP Project, GSJHCC, and Investment Advisors International, Inc.
