Andrea Messuti is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer with a strong focus on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and ECM advising. With a JD in Law from the Università degli Studi di Genova and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law Program from Boston University School of Law, Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in equity investment both in-bound and out-bound. Her focus industries include tech, bio and nanotech, IT/ICT, and sport-tech. She also represents Italian and US corporations looking to invest in each other's countries. Andrea has held various positions throughout her career, including Equity Partner, Salary Partner, Senior Associate, and Consigliere Indipendente Lega Nazionale Professionisti B with a focus on economics and finance. In addition to her legal career, Andrea is a co-founder of PIB (Professional Italians in Boston) and a former Foreign Legal Specialist at Sullivan & Worcester LLP.
