Providing a consultancy service for the News International business to develop the capability of our leaders and managers.  Advising on Newsprinters 5 year transformation programme, and developing interventions that support the delivery of new site, with a new culture focused on a new operating model. Leading a 10,000 people survey in 4 languages across four News Corp businesses.

International responsibility for the provision of a Learning & Development service across the business including Sales and Service Call Centre, Outsourcers, Representatives in resort and Head Office functions.  Managing and developing a team of six trainers to add value to the business using coaching, facilitation, training and learning resources.  Introduction of new learning activities including E-learning, Learning Lounge, Leaning Academy and Executive Development Programme.  Managing a £200,000 training budget and relationships with external suppliers. Initiation, Design and Delivery of an Executive Development programme for top 25 leaders in the business including psychometric profiling, 360 degree feedback, executive coaching and whole team development events.
