Mervyn Sam, MBA, PMP, CSM, SAP

Mervyn Sam is a skilled leader with a diverse background in both the IT industry and business. He has managed multi-million-dollar programs and projects with a focus on aligning budgets and outcomes with defined business goals. With extensive experience in complex global agile project and program management, Mervyn is a result-driven leader who is passionate about driving revenue growth and delivering value/results that meet stakeholder expectations. He is also skilled in managing efficient daily operations, negotiating cost-effective contracts, and advocating for process improvement and optimization.

Mervyn is fluent in multiple languages and capable of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating within leadership to reduce issues, risks, and costs. He has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Elmira College and the University of Phoenix, respectively. Additionally, he has also completed an Executive Program at Kellogg and attained BsC (Med Hons) / Msc at the University of Cape Town.

Mervyn has worked for several top-tier organizations, including NTT DATA Services, Capgemini, MorphoTrak, LLC, and Isuzu North America, among others, in roles ranging from project management to application and business development, ERP SAP, and Agile.
