Jason Gitter is an accomplished accounting professional with a wealth of experience in general and corporate accounting. He possesses a vast skill set that includes technical accounting research, financial analysis, internal controls compliance, SEC Reporting (10Q/10K/8K), and consolidations. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Corporate Controller at Weight Watchers, where he leads a team responsible for global consolidation, financial statements, SEC Reporting, equity accounting, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions. Jason is also the main point of contact for the global accounting community and is responsible for all technical accounting research on a global basis, establishing accounting policies and procedures, and drafting accounting conclusions.
