Bartosz holds a Master's degree in Spanish Linguistics and Translations as well as a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.

Currently, Bartosz serves as the Global Marketing and Sales Director at MZ Skin by Dr. Maryam Zamani, showcasing his leadership and strategic abilities.

With a strong tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Bartosz has held roles such as Marketing Director UK & I, Creative & Digital Director, and Creative & Digital Manager for Estee Lauder & Aerin Beauty.
