Takahiko Itoh is an experienced Japanese-qualified attorney, presently serving as a Partner at EY Law Co. With over 18 years of experience in the field, Itoh specializes in antitrust/competition and M&A/corporate legal matters. He also extends his expertise to start-ups operating in IT and life sciences sectors.

Itoh's journey to become a Partner has included serving as a judge and working as an in-house counsel at two companies on a secondment basis. He is a qualified attorney in New York and is fluent in English. He completed his Bachelor of Laws from The University of Tokyo and Master of Laws in Corporate Governance & Practice at Stanford Law School.

Itoh has also previously held notable positions, such as Executive Director and Associate Partner at EY Law Japan, and Corporate Auditor at subsidiaries of Farfetch and TenTen Ltd. Furthermore, he has served as a visiting professor at Musashino University's Entrepreneur Faculty.
