Zorgcheckup tool linkEvery year Independer.nl check if your current health insurance is still the best match for you.This year, I was ask if I could add a link for customers to jump right back to a search result from the check email they received so that they wouldn't have to re-fill all their details in the flow when they were advised to do a new comparison.In a short amount of time (zorg season had started already!) I was able to generate a saved session with a checksum link for customers to access their personalized search result in one click from the email. All they had to enter was they postcode as a validation. Combining ease of use with data safety for the customer!This led to to an increase of about 15 points in the click through rate of the checkup email, and 5 points in the conversion rate. Making this last minute change a success!
