Spencer Knowles has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at top companies in the wine and cannabis industries. With a unique blend of sales, marketing, and communication skills, he has consistently exceeded performance goals and built strong relationships with clients and team members. As Vice President of Massachusetts at Sira Naturals, Knowles focuses on elevating the cannabis industry and creating impactful sales and account management strategies.

Prior to his role at Sira Naturals, Knowles worked in various leadership positions at Horizon Beverage, one of the largest alcohol distributors in New England. He also co-founded RegulateCapeCod.org and has experience in retail strategy and management, wine education, brand building, and product development.

Knowles holds a BA in History and Political Science from Norwich University, and his expertise includes leadership and management, sales and marketing, cannabis sales and marketing, and wine education.
