Today, she is a Technical Program Manager at Facebook/Oculus, working on virtual reality products that enhance the customer experience. Malvika is passionate about building best-in-class products and operations stacks by understanding the customer's end-to-end journey. She has expertise in product management, marketplaces, payments, analytics, trust and safety, customer experience, and support. She has held positions such as Senior Manager Analytics at Axis Bank, Senior Software Engineer at Aricent, and Product Strategist, Payments Risk, Trust and Safety at Google, where she was responsible for mobile app ads strategic operations.
