Don Shell is an award-winning corporate communicator and enterprise social collaborator who has a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. He has worked across various industries, including healthcare, automotive, recreational, financial, and insurance, and has consistently delivered outstanding results in communication, change management, and social networking. Don is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he studied Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Sociology. Besides his primary profession, Don is also an enthusiastic golfer with a skillful handicap.
Don has an impressive background managing corporate communications for Emergent Holdings, among other companies. Before that, he worked as the Editor of GolfTime Magazine and then served as an Enterprise Community Manager at Ford Motor Company through TEKsystems. Don's expertise in corporate communications and enterprise community management earned him a consulting role at Spectrum Health, a position he held for some time. He has also worked as a Senior Communications Coordinator at MERS of Michigan, where he honed his skills in change management, and as a Copywriter at LSN/Ignertia Design. On top of that, Don has served as a Copy editor at Business Review and Contributing Editor at SKYH Creative — Great Lakes Golf Magazine. Earlier in his career, he was a Sports Editor at Grand Haven Tribune.
