Executive Assistant - Merchandising

- Manage and organize executives complex and demanding Microsoft Outlook calendars.
-  Coordinate timing and and location logistics for a variety of business and departmental meetings, preparing meeting materials ahead of time.
-  Partner with travel department to ensure air travel, accommodations, and logistics.
-  Handle highly confidential and/or sensitive departmental matters with discretion and tact.
-  Proactively solve problems with pristine judgement.

Administrative Assistant

- Create, maintain and communicate with domestic and international factories/vendors
-  Prepare and ship denim/apparel samples for testing and returns to factories for inspection.
-  Schedule factory inspections.
-  Upload plans in Centric and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
-  Coordinate shipments and distributions of all new product sampling (Marketing, Merchandising, Design)
-  Place sample orders, track orders and communicate deliveries, delays and shortages.
-  Develop and maintain an organized system as it pertains to storing samples.
-  Compiled and communicated bulk production requirements per season.
-  Coordinate and manage Top of Production meetings.
