Yulia Baskina is a highly accomplished and creative professional, known for her expertise in the fitness industry. With over 14 years of experience, Baskina has established herself as a professional expert instructor and trainer, social media manager, and movement director.

Before making a name for herself as a fitness professional, Baskina trained as a competitive rhythmic gymnast and dancer. She went on to study dance, management, and anthropology at the University of California, Irvine.

Throughout her career, Baskina has worked with a variety of organizations, including Body Projects by Yulia, New York Health & Racquet Club, Namaste NY, Physicality by Yulia, Gelsey Kirkland Academy, Equinox, Crunch Fitness, and World Entertainment Services.
