Alexandra Michel is a driven and accomplished mathematician with a passion for education and community service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Dance from Mills College, as well as a Master of Science in Mathematics from California State University-East Bay. Her dedication to her field has led her to a variety of professional experiences, including serving as a Loan Officer and Production Business Manager at RedDoor, as well as Head of ODHB Production at Opendoor. She has also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Big Valley Mortgage and an Adjunct Professor at Los Rios Community College District. Other highlights include her participation in the MSRI Undergraduate Program Summer 2014 and the Carleton Summer Math Program 2013.

Currently, Alexandra is involved in building a platform at RedDoor that simplifies and demystifies the mortgage loan process for consumers. She values the power of technology and collaboration to empower her clients and colleagues. She combines her expertise in mathematics with her dedication to education and community service to make reliable information accessible and understandable.
