Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lease Administration management for seven commercial properties (approx. 300 tenants, 1.7m SF), responsible for all the duties inherent in such a role, reporting directly to the President and Chief Financial Officer
- Detailed analysis, abstracting, and accounting set-up for all new lease agreements
- Counsel and educate members of the staff, including property management team and brokers, on leasing language and interpretation
- Calculate, prepare, and invoice all tenant real estate tax and operating expense escalations
- Creation, development and supervision of company-wide policies, procedures and forms
- Collection of tenant arrears and liaise with property owners and counsel to pursue tenants legally, as necessary
- Facilitation of all security deposit refunds, increases, and reductions, including Letters of Credit
- Preparation and disbursement of all monthly tenant invoices, including processing of late and interest fees
- Prepare and supervise all tenant account adjustments and corrections; research and remedy escalated billing issues
- Determine and prepare Notices declaring all critical dates pertaining to a tenant’s lease and occupancy

- Within my current portfolio of properties is Space530, a 30,000 SF co-working environment in midtown Manhattan for which I provide Lease Administration and consulting facility management
- Short-term licensing and leasing resulting in high-turn-over and large volume of clients

- Sole Lease Administrator for seven commercial properties (approx. 350 tenants), reporting directly to the SVP/Dir. of Commercial Leasing and the Chief Financial Officer
- Overall similar responsibilities as current role
- Supervision of Accounts Receivable Clerks
- Creation, development and supervision of company-wide policies, procedures and forms
- Manage and maintain the multi-department “Critical Dates Summary,” which tracks all tenant projects from lease signing through design & development and construction to tenant possession
- Manage the Commercial Revitalization and Lower Manhattan Energy Programs for the portfolio; verify and facilitate disbursement of tenant credits
