Journeyfy is an online Peer to Peer RV Sharing platform that enables RV owners to earn money safely by renting their idle RV directly to RVing lovers. Journeyfy is an expansion of the idea beyond Westfalia Campers. We are following the lean-startup methodology to help build the TRUSTED on-line RV sharing community.The motivation is:1. Fleet Optimization - Since most of the RV businesses run for 7-8 months a year, optimizing the fleet yet serving most of the customers is a challenge. With almost 1 million RV owners in Canada there is a niche market to explore this P2P sharing of the RVs.2. Bridging the gap - On an average a usual RV owner uses his RV for about 3-4 weeks a year and there is a huge cost/liability associated with keeping that RV idle for rest of 48-49 months. Hence, there is a potential to bridge the gap between RV owners and renters by providing them a well trusted on-line RV sharing community.

Led 3 rental locations by directing a unionized team of 13-15 Rental Sales Agents (RSAs), 25 shuttlers/drivers and 10 service agents in the key management areas: Operations, P/L, fleet distribution & maintenance, customer loyalty & quality assurance, sales & administration, human resource management functions - hiring & terminations, and employee training & development.
