His expertise includes buy/sell-side M&A, ALM, DCM funding/placement, securities trading, and settlement in Russian, Ukrainian, and European markets. Dobriy has a strong legal background with excellent negotiating skills, investor relations experience, and interaction with rating agencies and auditors. He is highly skilled in business and marketing analyses, has excellent written and verbal communications skills, and is proficient in IT and ERP systems, including Microsoft Excel.
