Ali Sarafzadeh is a successful serial entrepreneur with a passion for bridging the gap between technology and regulation. His vast experience includes utilizing blockchain for state permitting, creating platforms focused on mastery-based learning and professional development, and spearheading government technology that has reached millions of users. An expert at navigating the legal landscape, Ali holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and has served as Corporations Counsel at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). He also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Commerce and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.

Ali's entrepreneurship journey includes serving as the CEO & Co-founder of Learnly, where he worked on improving education outcomes with personalized learning. After Learnly, he went on to co-found Saasable and SaasIQ, two companies primarily focused on cloud-based accounting software. As a former Director of the Corporations, UCC, Notary and Trademark Registry for the State of Vermont, Ali has a comprehensive knowledge of the workings of government organizations. His experience includes serving as Executive Director of Vermont's Global Trade Partnership, where he oversaw the promotion of Vermont's goods and services globally.
