The system One View Address Location System (OVALS) and scalable cloud based Intelligent Network Location & Addressing Platform (INLAP) is critical in the sales flow of all validation and transactions. This team is responsible for driving customer experience, critical business transactions and supports over 10M service requests everyday. This platform and team is critical to every presale, sale and order in the company.

Director - Advanced Technology & Systems

Lead Mobility Analytics, Planning and Performance Team. This team drives Agile development of microservice based  integrated analytic platforms for planning, engineering and performance management to support ML/AI, predictive analytics, and closed loop automation.This team provides analytical support to Network Planning and Engineering, Operations, Big Data and CTO/Labs organizations in the area of capacity dimensioning, forecasting and optimization, as well as, large scale data mining/big data analytics with core competency in software development engineering.  These insights are used for network improvements, KPI metrics,  optimization and planning algorithms, and robust and efficient performance management solutions for new network technologies (5G).

Director - Performance Analytics & Automation

Lead VOLTE Realization Core Network Team. This team is responsible to perform an in-depth analysis of the current tools and platforms implementations, develop technical solutions for the evolution of these tools and platforms towards SDN/AIC platforms. This position is responsible to lead end to end deployment of VOLTE and RCS network nationwide rollout, new features and services, such as VoIP over LTE and High Definition Voice.

Lead WCS RAN/New Spectrum Deployment Realization Team. This position is responsible for the deployment of the WCS spectrum and the 700 MHz D&E blocks in the most expeditious manner possible. Aspects include detailed monitoring of the timeline and constant communication with all stakeholders (internal and external), reporting progress against established schedules, problem resolution as necessary, maintaining strong interfaces with WCS/700D&E cross functional team leads, standards, device, and infrastructure vendors.   This position drives the tactical execution of the WCS and 700 D&E Realization.

Director - RAN, WCS, Access Architecture

•	Supervise a team responsible for complete NDC build and deployment to support LTE Core Network deployments.  Deployment consists of design and implementation of space, power, transport, routers, Core & Support infrastructure, as well as, traffic migration onto the zones to support critical business goals & initiatives for LTE
•	Lead technical discussions and assess pros/cons of all solutions based on capacity needs and drive to schedule to meet business needs, utilizing advanced program management skills and strong technical knowledge relative to the program to understand all inter-dependencies.

•Supervise a team responsible for complete deployment of RAN, transport, and core capacity in the top tier Washington/Baltimore market. Deployment consists of design and implementation of RAN, transport/MSN/DACS, core, facilities/interconnect, special projects,  Spectrum Carve, Carrier Adds, 3G/4G network, support FOA applications/trials.), as well as, traffic migration onto the nodes to support capacity needs and Plan of Record (POR)
•Manage ETTCS  and LTE deployment team,  ensuring that all parties meet their critical project milestones for LTE deployment, including completion of RF Design, , Core deployment, transport, equipment ordering and delivery, LTE site deployment, and Router connectivity between MSN , RDC/NDC,MME, EMS, eNODEB, and S/P GW.  
•	Manage Wash/Balt Femtocell deployment team, inclusive of Access Controller deployment team, inclusive of power, cabling, IuCS/IuPS integration and ATP testing, and probes for KPI monitoring/metrics.
•	Responsible for providing overall cross functional leadership & coordination of core and RAN activities for  market to meet POR commitments

•	Supervise a team that migrated VoIP traffic from MSN infrastructure to Cisco IP infrastructure in critical Northeast markets to address capacity deficiency on MSN infrastructure that was creating congestion on core switching infrastructure by restricting VoIP traffic flows between ALU u-MGW and p-MGW, Migration also enabled additional IP critical capacity deployment
•	Lead technical discussions and assess pros/cons of all solutions based on capacity needs and drive to schedule to meet business needs, utilizing advanced program management skills and strong technical knowledge relative to the program to understand all inter-dependencies.
