Jack Stroker

Jack Stroker is a seasoned executive with an impressive background in sales, marketing, and management within several Fortune 1000 companies. He co-founded his retained executive search firm, Stroker & Associates, LLC, in 2000 alongside former Goodrich Aerospace VP Larry Polsky. Stroker's firm has completed over 400 executive searches in North and South America for global manufacturing clients, focusing on diversity hiring and long-term partnerships. The firm utilizes a targeted search methodology and in-house researchers to identify and select top candidates. Stroker has a BA in History from the University of Vermont and has held executive positions at companies such as Congoleum, Celanese, and Wellman Inc.
