Glenn Pacchiana is a civil engineer who built his career in the construction and mining industry. He is the current President and CEO of Thalle Industries, a company that operates a quarry and asphalt facility in Fishkill, New York, and a virtual quarry in Elmsford, NY. Thalle Industries has become a leader in the industry, integrating environmentally friendly practices in its operations.

Glenn Pacchiana studied Civil Engineering at the prestigious Cornell University before entering the workforce. He served as President and CEO at Corbet Scientific before joining Thalle Industries. Pacchiana was also a member of the advisory council at Entrepreneurship at Cornell, advocating for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Moreover, he is a man of many interests and passions. Pacchiana enjoys volunteering his time as a coach for baseball and football at St. Theresa’s Church in Briarcliff, NY.
