Jackie Xu, a San Francisco native, has built an impressive career in the tech industry, working for some of the most well-known companies in Silicon Valley. After studying Business Administration and Finance at Carnegie Mellon University, she started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs before transitioning to the tech sector. She worked as an Executive Recruiter at Broadreach Group before joining the recruiting team at Facebook and later becoming the Recruiting Manager, Engineering at Twitter. Currently, she serves as Head of Talent / Talent Partner at Kleiner Perkins, a top venture capital firm, where she is responsible for finding and developing top talent in the industry.
