Monty Hamilton is the CEO of Rural Sourcing Inc, a domestic IT outsourcing company that creates technology jobs for US citizens by establishing development centers in rural, low cost of living locations throughout the country. Hamilton has a diverse educational background, having studied at NE Mississippi Community College, Millsaps College for BBA, Harvard Business School, and Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business for his MBA. He had previously worked for Accenture and managed Clarkston Consulting before joining Rural Sourcing. Outside of work, Hamilton has served on the Board of Directors for The Adaptive Learning Center.
