Robert Wright is an accomplished executive coach, talent management and hiring professional with years of experience in the NHS. He is currently the Head of Executive Talent and Appointments at NHS Improvement, where he is responsible for the NHS's strategy and approach to the appointments of executive board and governing body members. Robert is trained in psychometric assessment and has garnered coaching expertise from ICF. He is a specialist in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments, the Korn Ferry Hay Group Success Profile assessment, and interview feedback.
