Neil Han
Neil Han is a seasoned software professional with over 15 years of experience consulting with CIOs, CTOs, and engineering teams to build software products, architect strategies, and improve digital business processes. He has a Master's Degree in Embedded Software Engineering from Peking University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Heilongjiang University. Neil also pursued a Master's Degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and completed an Executive Education program at the prestigious Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
As a leader in Sales, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales, Neil has represented the voice of the customer and collaborated with product development teams to create innovative solutions that help a range of businesses grow and prosper. He started his career by founding Orastream, a leading provider of adaptive Hi-Fi audio streaming, and went on to lead Twilio APAC's growth and development as a 3rd employee, helping the company increase its revenue by more than 30x within four years. He has also worked with SK Group, the third-largest conglomerate in South Korea, helping them globalize their product and achieve international success.
Currently, Neil is the Head of APAC and Go Global Committee at PingCAP, a company dedicated to building an open-source, cloud-native database that enables digital innovation for businesses everywhere. Neil is also a former Atlassian Community Leader, SEA at Atlassian, where he helped foster collaboration and innovation in the tech industry.
