Joshua Bloodworth is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the fields of real estate, real estate financing, and corporate transactions. He is a Partner at Bryant Rabbino LLP, where he has represented institutional clients and developers in a range of real estate transactions. Joshua's legal expertise includes entity formation, purchase and sales, mezzanine financings, subscription financings, forbearance agreements, mortgage loans, dispositions, and acquisitions.

Joshua also has considerable experience in representing landlords and tenants during the leasing of office, retail, and industrial space.
