Martin Ortlieb is a seasoned User Experience Expert with 20 years of experience designing and developing services, products, and interfaces with the help of HCI research methodologies and Design Thinking. He has a PhD in Social Anthropology from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BA in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
