Justina Z. is senior partner of TransAsia Lawyers' Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. With over 10 years of experience representing major foreign and local technology companies, Justina has worked on various corporate & commercial matters, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, private financing, IPOs, joint ventures, and intellectual property protection issues. Her clients include companies from cutting-edge technological fields such as e-commerce, AI, IoT & cloud, social media, digital media, online music & video, biotech, sports and e-sports. Justina's expertise and experience also make her a regular speaker on China advertising law issues as she holds the position of Asia Pacific Regional President of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA).

Justina was awarded the Top 15 Female Lawyers in China award by the Asian Law Journal (ALB) in 2018, and her projects have been recognized as "Deal of the Year" by Asia Legal Business, China Business Law Journal, and China Law and Practice. She has a Bachelor's degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law and previously worked as an associate at Unitalen Attorneys before joining TransAsia Lawyers as Senior Partner.
