Michelle Corbett

Michelle Corbett is a seasoned HR/People Ops leader with a reputation for authenticity, transparency, and creative problem-solving.

Her expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Development, and HR Business partnering, which she now leverages in her current role as the head of the People Function at Earthbound Brands, a prominent design and branding agency.

Michelle has a strong interest in culture building and fostering an employee-centric environment, evidenced by her past initiatives at L'Oreal where she drove cultural change and spoke at TEDxL'OrealNYC on 'The case for having fun in the office'.
