Ben Stern is a seasoned real estate agent with an impressive background in the industry. Born to American and Belgian parents, he received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, and obtained his real estate license in 1990. Ben's career as a real estate agent took off when he joined Luxury Homes Realty, later known as Century 21 - Luxury Homes. He became the Corporate Housing Director for Century 21 in South Florida. Through this position, he worked with Motorola's International Human Resource Department and played a significant role in providing temporary housing accommodations to Motorola employees, assisting employees with look-see trips, settling-in services, and home buying and selling. His efforts also contributed to the relocation of several companies such as MCI, ADT, Sensormatic, Office Depot, Nextel, Sun Microsystems, among others.

In 2004, Ben co-founded Stern Realty Co. with his wife, Mayra. Stern Realty Co. specializes in dealing with luxury real estate in South Florida, with a focus on cities in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Ben and Mayra are members of the National Board of Realtors, the Florida Board of Realtors, as well as the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.
