Executive producer for Saving Place, Saving Grace, a documentary that aired Jan. 12, 2017, on PBS station WVPT. Film offers compassionate insight into a Cistercian monastery's race against time to sustain its community and conserve 1,200 acres of historical property along the Shenandoah River in Virginia.

Manages development, implementation and dissemination of culturally appropriate communications to support the seven professional behavioral health grantees for SAMHSA’s Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) Coordinating Center project. Designs and provides policy- and research-based programming TA to grantees. Creates and implements engagement strategies to identify, reach and communicate with masters and doctoral Fellows pursuing clinical, research, and policy-making careers. Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and authors key communication products for large-scale dissemination.

Managed daily operations of SAMHSA’s Recovery to Practice project, to advance behavioral health recovery in professional practice across the U.S. Directed the development and maintenance of multilevel Resource Center with online and print content, and real-time support. Designed and disseminated regular e- communications, training webinars and technical assistance system. Designed framework for, built community among, and oversaw six behavioral health professional subcontractor organizations in their development of situational analyses and development of recovery-oriented curriculum for their respective disciplines. Ensured consumer participation and interdisciplinary collaboration in all aspects of program development.

For SAMHSA's National Registry of Effective Programs and Practices project, provided expert guidance and support in design and conduct of readiness for dissemination and implementation (RFDI) methodology. Reviewer for RFDI portions of programs submitted to NREPP.  Designed innovative products and content for online Learning Center.

Provided communications expertise to two CSAP workplace website projects re: redesign and content management. Wrote topical papers for dissemination among wellness at work audiences.

- Managed design and implementation of a series of multiple web-based training sessions for audiences of 50-300 in preparation for new fiscal year monitoring.
- Visioned and executed complex training system for Head Start stakeholders around the country, including reference guides, topical, interactive web-based and recorded training sessions, in-person training conference for 130 team leaders, and dissemination of new weekly e-communication that serves diverse audiences with policy and practice updates.

- Conceived and implemented consultant management system that improved performance during 800+ onsite compliance reviews each year, including targeted outreach, screening and verification, real-time support, communications, and enhanced performance assessment activities.
- Envisioned and applied continuous analysis, and established performance-based policies and procedures, which right-sized a more professional Reviewer pool.
- Strengthened interdepartmental work practices across matrix organization that helped to successfully win 5-year $200 million contract.

- Directed a 2-year cooperative agreement to train managers from across the country in case study methodology. Provided TA in how to apply case studies to evaluation of service delivery by Manufacturing Extension Centers (MECs) to small- & medium-sized manufacturers.
