Joanie Jeannette is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in the field. She has held various executive positions in both for-profit and non-profit health care delivery systems, including CEO, COO, and Chief Nursing Officer. She has a proven track record in strategic management, facility improvements, motivational leadership, delivery of care, and building and leading strong and dynamic teams through cultural change. She is certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Associates and a Certified Nurse Executive-Advanced through the American Nurses Association. Currently serving as the Administrative Director of Nursing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Jeannette is passionate about creating a hospital culture of superb patient care and excellent public image. She possesses strong skills in strategic planning, healthcare expansions and acquisitions, building high-performing teams, defining and implementing a vision of nursing care, hospital marketing programs, and strategic alliances with physicians and community members.
