Ryan Poehler, a seasoned project manager, has joined the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team at U.S Bank. With his extensive experience in digital marketing, government relations, and leading a diverse student-driven organization, he is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values a multitude of perspectives. Ryan has studied Business Administration, Marketing, and Public and Nonprofit Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

At U.S Bank, Ryan has served as the Marketing Specialist and Government Relations Intern, gaining exceptional knowledge in the field. As a former Campus Ambassador at Out for Undergrad and Carlson School Ambassador at the University of Minnesota, he has shone leadership, communication, and teamwork qualities; attributes that he carries to his position at U.S Bank.

In addition, Ryan has volunteered and held board-member positions at various organizations, including Net Impact and Compass Undergraduate. These engagements showcase his passion for social impact which he channels to ensure cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity in various sectors.
