Erica Iannotti is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, engineer, and CXO advisor with over 15 years of experience in commercializing innovation. She is a graduate of Syracuse University, State University of New York Empire State College, and Cornell University where she earned a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor's in Technical Leadership, and a Master's in Business Administration, respectively. Erica is passionate about supporting founders, startups, and corporates through the entire growth cycle from idea to scale. Her experience includes serving on the Investment Committee of the Venture Fund at Launch NY, acting as MBA Team Coach in the Startup Studio at Cornell Tech, and serving as Principal at DaVinci Lab. Erica has also founded or co-founded several companies including Tech Valley Center of Gravity's THINQubator and ThermoReference. Prior to that, she held various roles at General Electric, including Technical Sales & Electrical Design for Wind Energy, Regulatory Compliance, and Sourcing & Supply Chain Management. Erica was also a fellow at IDEO's Synergy Lab, where she gained experience in design thinking methodology.
