Kate Peters is an accomplished communication impact professional with a diverse background in music, psychology, and business. She is the founder of Vocal Impact, Inc., an organization that coaches and consults leaders in transformative communication. Peters earned her BA in Psychology, Cum Laude, at Pitzer College and her Master of Music, Pi Kappa Lamda inductee, in Vocal Performance at California State University, Fullerton.

Prior to founding Vocal Impact, Peters worked as a singer, actor, and musician in SAG/AFTRA and AEA. She also served as the Resource Director at Hyperion Solutions and Executive Director at Team Cabaret. Peters has dedicated her career to inspiring leaders to become heroes in their own stories and those of their organizations or causes. Through her work, Peters hopes to guide individuals to transform hearts and minds and create solutions for a vibrant and peaceful world.
