Moin Rahman is an experienced innovation strategist, design expert, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of success stories under his belt. Throughout his career, he has mastered the art of bridging the gap between science and commerce while being a hands-on innovator. His passion for innovation and problem-solving was shaped early in life through the influence of inspiring thinkers and historical icons such as Richard Feynman, Carl Sagan, Seneca, and Richard Branson.

Moin's education covers a broad spectrum of disciplines, including a degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology and MS in Human Factors Sciences, Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Over the years, he has worked with various organizations, including Motorola Solutions, Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. (Eaton Corp.), HVHF Sciences, LLC, and State Farm Mutual Auto Ins, where he served as an Innovation Strategist, Research Lead, and Intrapreneur.

His expertise lies in a variety of fields, including human factors engineering, industrial engineering, design thinking, and innovation strategy. Moin has been a member of various professional organizations, including the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, National Public Safety Telecommunications Council, Industrial Engineering and Management Systems Advisory Board at the University of Central Florida, among others. Additionally, he has been a visiting lecturer, adjunct professor, and Founder & Principal Scientist.

Moin has been passionate about turning science into products that matter for consumers and businesses alike. His career journey has been tumultuous, and he affirms that his audacity and risk-taking attitude have resulted in more failures than successes, but the few successes were positive black swan events that have allowed him to walk the talk.
