Ben Isaacson

Ben Isaacson is a highly experienced privacy and data protection specialist who provides fractional Privacy Officer, Data Protection Officer, privacy/product counsel, and advertising/marketing counsel services to companies. He has worked as Global Data Protection/Privacy Officer at Raising the Floor - International and as Senior Privacy Counsel at Paragon Legal. He founded an IoT company, Viawear that developed the first push notification filtering app that worked alongside a proprietary wearable platform, which was sold to a Berkshire Hathaway portfolio company. His current roles include Principal at In-House Privacy, Inc., and formerly Of Counsel at Fathom Law, and Founder & CEO at Lucid Privacy Group. Ben's prior experience involves leading Experian's global digital privacy and compliance efforts for over ten years, including for CheetahMail, Hitwise, Digital Advertising Solutions, and several other product lines that form their international portfolio. He is also a former Executive Director of the Association for Interactive Marketing at Direct Marketing Association. Ben studied J.D., Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and BA, Political Science at the University of Kansas. His interests include corporate privacy work, adtech/Martech, startups, non-profit work, and providing privacy counsel services.
