Larry Gordon is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in business development, construction, IT, energy management, and emergency management support. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University, Gordon has served in various senior positions in multiple industries, including retail, commercial sales, supermarkets, and the military.

Gordon's experience includes providing businesses with strategic and tactical planning services aimed at reducing cost of operation and improving profitability, restructuring and staffing support, engineering support to government agencies in post-disaster hazard mitigation projects, and end-to-end capital budget support. He has also served as SVP of IT and Retail Services/Construction for a multi-banner supermarket chain in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and as Executive Consultant at BI-LO, LLC, among other roles.

Gordon Consulting, a company founded by Larry Gordon, specializes in capital planning, emergency management and support, profitability improvement projects, and team building. Gordon has also served as the Hazard Mitigation Grant Administrator for Gulfport Memorial Hospital, providing technical and administrative management of FEMA mitigation grant projects.
