Peter Choi is a Partner at EY, bringing over 15 years of experience with a primary focus on the Fintech and Tech industries, assisting companies in their growth and scaling endeavors.

His professional background includes serving various Fintech and Tech unicorns, high-growth companies, NYSE/NASDAQ listed financial services and technology companies, registered investment firms, hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, and engaging in SOC 1 assessments.

Peter leverages his expertise to provide guidance on a wide array of accounting aspects such as revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, equity and liability accounting, debt restructuring, and SOX 404 internal controls compliance.

He actively participates in industry networking groups, facilitating discussions on technical accounting issues, industry updates, and conducting internal training sessions. Additionally, Peter is a CPA, a member of the AICPA, and holds an MBA from Columbia University, further enriching his financial acumen and business insights.
