DPMI (design, partnering, management, and innovation) Rwanda is the result of a collaboration between Middlebury Institute of International Studies and Partners in Health Rwanda. My team's focus - the decrease of neonatal mortality in Rwanda - involved both primary (e.g., interviews) and secondary (e.g., government reports analysis) data collection. Through expert interviews with nurses and doctors, we got a better understanding of the health care system. The interviews we designed and conducted with mothers helped us gain a different perspective, that of families facing economic hardships despite the country's economic growth. This empathy phase has been of tremendous help in the process of producing potential solutions.

Examined debtors’ activity and wrote reports regarding the causes that led to the insolvency or bankruptcy. Examined creditors’ requests. Organized auctions in order to sell the debtors’ assets. Filed actions to extinguish the debtors’ unauthorized acts. Drafted procedure documents and represented the debtors in a voluntary liquidation. Represented debtors in court. Evaluated debtors’ assets. Updated website.
