Meahgan A. O'Grady is an accomplished Private Equity investor with broad experience in leading middle market deal execution, sourcing new investment opportunities, and driving value through active portfolio company management and Board of Directors representation. With a proven track record in investment analysis, negotiation, and execution, investment management, and value creation in portfolio companies, investor relations, and fundraising, Meahgan is a recognized industry expert in the private equity field.

Meahgan's educational background is diverse, having studied CFA, Chartered Financial Analyst at CFA Institute, Authentic Leadership Development at Harvard Business School Executive Education, and Business PDD at IESE Business School - University of Navarra, amongst others. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra and a BEng (Hons) in Engineering Design from Staffordshire University, Meahgan brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work in the private equity sector.

In her current position as Partner at Palladium Equity Partners, Meahgan draws upon her experience in working with a broad range of businesses, including Accupac, Del Real Foods, TransForce Group, and GoodWest Industries, amongst others. Meahgan's expertise in investment management, deal sourcing, and relationship building, combined with her experience in serving as a Board Member for numerous companies, has contributed to her reputation for leadership and excellence in the private equity industry.
