Technical Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Manager

- Primarily work as an enterprise and MB sales. - Primary responsibility is to manage development teams for several projects including API/module level projects, enterprise appliance projects, as well as sustain projects (Directs are 17+ people including leaders and engineers)* Build up best practices for different development teams with varied product lifecycles* Continuously survey and adopt new tools for increasing development team productivity, including git, jira, etc.* Build up group training programs regarding hard skills and soft skills* Support project managers and architects in continuous improvement of engineering team

Sr. Manager

- Successfully release products and services including service portal, enterprise appliance products,  virtualization software, etc.* Experienced in managing enterprise software team in earning certification (Common Criteria)* Experienced in managing multiple software/appliance projects (up to 5 enterprise software projects in parallel)* Worked with data center team for service portal capex planning, network planning, staging planning, and GM, GA release planning as well as detailed execution* Worked with hardware team for product hardware specification and benchmarking planning* Experienced in project management skills with different development practices including waterfall and agile (scrum, kanban)* Experienced in project tools including MindManager, Rally Dev, basecamp, Trello, Jira in order to manage different type of projects

Sr. Project Manager

- In charge of research projects mainly on performance tuning and enterprise product benchmarking* Responsible for project planning including schedule plan, activity plan, test plan and hardware resource plan* Involved in daily project execution including coding and operating test facilities* Constantly provide performance and benchmark reports to key project stakeholders and internal customers
