Deborah Bothun is a seasoned business executive, consultant, and mentor with a passion for solving complex problems and driving business growth. With an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, she has had a successful career spanning decades. Deborah started her career in forensic accounting, solving financial puzzles for companies. At PwC, she built and led the Entertainment, Media & Communications consulting practice from $10M to $250M and retired as a Global Industry Leader overseeing a team of 12,000 specialists across 54 countries. With Merryck & Co, she currently mentors Fortune 50 senior executives to improve their business perspectives, decision-making, and growth prospects. Deborah is also involved in numerous philanthropic and diversity & inclusion efforts like CEO Action for Racial Equity and UNICEF's New York Philanthropic Advisory Board.
