Paco Romane: Award-winning Comedian, Copywriter, and Director with a Diverse Portfolio
Paco Romane is an accomplished comedian, copywriter, and director with an impressive portfolio spanning multiple media forms, including comedy, television, and live performances. After pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Political Science at Western Michigan University, he studied improv at Second City and began his career as a comedian and writer. Over the years, he has shared the stage with famous names in the industry, such as Robin Williams, Dana Gould, and Maria Bamford, to name a few.
Paco's creative work extends beyond comedy. He has also worked as a copywriter, director, and producer for various projects, including commercials, podcasts, political campaigns, and more. Paco's talent and compelling performances earned him recognition as a two-time San Francisco Best Comedian award winner, and his work has been showcased at large-scale events like the SF Sketchfest Comedy Festival, Gulf Coast Comedy Festival, and Outside Lands Festival.
Currently, Paco is serving as a UX Copywriter & Editor at PRO Unlimited at Apple in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also serves as the creator and co-host of the Sup Doc Podcast, where he explores documentary films and interviews popular filmmakers.
