Kym Ward is an accomplished educator with experience in various roles in education and Elearning management. With a Master's degree in Education and Marketing from Qut Faculty Of Education, Ward has a wealth of knowledge in curriculum and instruction design, evaluation and assessment. She has served as an Early Childhood Teacher at Queensland Department Of Education before joining The University Of Queensland, where she worked as an Evaluation And Assessment Officer, Developed Byod Guidelines and finally Elearning Manager. In these positions, Ward directed and coordinated the development of engaging and interactive Elearning materials, designed and implemented evaluation strategies to assess Elearning effectiveness, and contributed to the implementation of best practices in education.
