Chloé Courtois is an experienced sales operations, CRM, and go-to-market specialist with a passion for food and technology. With eight years of experience in B2B operations in SAAS and e-commerce, Courtois has worked for companies such as Groupon, Tripadvisor, Mirakl, and Doctolib. She is an advocate for Salesforce sales cloud and marketing automation tools and an alumni of emlyon business school where she received her MSc in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Courtois has held senior CRM product manager and global sales operations lead positions at Doctolib and Mirakl, respectively. In her previous roles, she served as a sales operations manager at LaFourchette and head of lead management & merchant research at Groupon France, where she was responsible for lead management, revenue management, and deputy management. She has also worked at General Mills, McDonald's, and L'Oreal, where she was a finalist in the Brandstorm business game - France.

Courtois is passionate about data-driven solutions and is always seeking new challenges to innovate within sales operations. She is a graduate of National Sun Yat-Sen University, where she studied Business & Management as part of an exchange program.
