Eliana Lisuzzo is a postgraduate in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, with over seven years of experience in business and NGO development. As a skilled professional in Strategic Partnership Building, International Business Development, Quality Assurance and Compliance, and Counseling, she also has a background in Psychology from The George Washington University. Eliana's goal is to pursue a career in food hospitality/tourism, with a particular interest in the shared characteristics of iconic local cuisines around the world, and the preservation of cultural food traditions in modern culinary hospitality/tourism.
