Rachel Padula is a recent graduate from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Business and Law & Society. She is an accomplished individual with varied interests and expertise in client services, HR/Talent Acquisition, and compensation. Her passion for helping others and creativity find a perfect outlet in her current role as an Associate for AlphaSights. AlphaSights is an information services firm that focuses on connecting the world's top professionals with the world's best knowledge. As an associate, Rachel brings her communication and analytical skills to bear in connecting people and exchanging knowledge. She worked as a Teaching Assistant and interned for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she learned valuable skills in HR/Talent Acquisition and compensation. In addition, she served as the Gear Coordinator for Cornell Women's Varsity Rowing, where she honed her organization and communication skills. Rachel is also involved in several other organizations such as The Statler Hotel, where she worked as an External Affairs Assistant. She is a former Board Member of Alchar Printing Group and a former lifeguard at Niskayuna High School and Tri City Rentals.
