Marie-Andree has over a decade of experience leading and managing recruitment teams in staffing agencies and corporate settings. She has worked as a Talent Acquisition Director at Alithya, Talent Acquisition Advisor at Bombardier Transportation, and National Director of Talent Management at GardaWorld, to name a few. Her experience led her to start her own company in 2020, Cameleon HR. She is a known out-of-the-box thinker, a creative leader, and an expert in Human Capital trends, sourcing, and candidate experience. Marie-Andree is passionate about coaching and training and is committed to building positive relationships with her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the Université du Québec à Montréal, a Maitrise in Développement des organisations from Université Laval, and studied Commerce at Champlain College.
