Tony has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information Technologies from The University of Salford and a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. He has held several positions in notable organizations such as the World Bank Street Addressing Team, GoGIS Ltd, and Cadastre Limited. In his current role, Tony serves as the Cloud & Geolocation Business Manager at DoiT International. Additionally, he has previously worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

He also specializes in GIS and spatial planning information, supervision, and expertise, and has supervised several programs, including ProMaputo: Maputo Municipal Upgrading Program. He is an expert in GIS and street address systems, and his expertise spans several domains like GIS product management, digital cartography, and technical solutions management.
